Food Operative

Main Information:

• Salary: £9.10 per hour with overtime rates listed below
• Working days are Monday-Friday guaranteed, and overtime on weekends available.
• ONGOING WORK!
• MORNING and AFTERNOON shifts all available

Duties for a Food Operative:

• Checking products on the production line for quality
• Reporting machine faults to the shift manager
• Working with Bacon and other meat products
• Working in different sectors of the business daily if required (i.e Production Line, Boxing Down, Racking)

Location: Lodge farm industrial estate, NN5 (Easily commutable on public transport)

Shifts and Salary:

• Monday to Friday – 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm – £9.10 (Pre 37.50 hours)
• Monday to Friday – 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am – £11.38 (Post 37.50 hours)
• Saturday – 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm – £9.10 (Pre 37.50 hours)
• Saturday – 10pm-6am – £11.05 (Pre 37.50 hours)
• Saturday – 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm – £13.65 (Post 37.50 hours)
• Sunday – 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm – £9.10 (Pre 37.50 hours)
• Sunday – 6am-2pm AND 2pm-10pm – £18.20 (Post 37.5 hours)

Things to consider:

• You will be working in a chilled environment.
• This is a manual job and can require heavy lifting in some areas.
